Believe it or not, it was my first visit to Solaris Mont Kiara! So hard to find the place can? Finally after few U-turns and reverse and joy ride (cuz didnt bring out GPS we were jus supposed to go makan nearby), we reached Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant. YAY
Right after coming outta the carpark.
Because we were in the car for so long, we "checked-in" the toilet right away. so the dim and red can the lighting.

Yes you're right. Free flow of haagen daaz, Kindori ice cream and Baskin Robbins
The starter of our course. nothing else but sashimi and oysters, this time with coconut juice. Tenji has super huge selection of food. This is the only time my dad walked in a buffet concept restaurant and ate so less oysters. Normally he would have walloped at least 2 dozens of fresh oysters.

They had this thing called Pickled Seaweed , dad enjoyed it real much. but to me, it was so-so
i jus noticed i didntn take the pic of the infamous cheese fountain/fondue. instead i took the end result . ah damn
And this was my dessert along with the haagen daaz
i didnt take much pic of the interior of the restaurant and also the food selections. i was too busy with the food la .and also we were rushing to our next destination. so like yeah, it was quick eat and cabut from here before the another shop close. prob next time. i so love this place :)

Reminisence of Sunway College and a visit to the new Monash University
Sunway University College was where i did my Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY). Back then it was called Sunway College, somehow they managed to upgrade themself to a higher status. Now it even has a secondary school within the campus itself. wow-zer!

As u can see here, the cafeteria has a little uplift compared to back then
Even the San Fransisco Coffee we were depending on before classes has shifted next to the book store.

Last weekend, we went to check out Crab Island @ Pulau Ketam, Klang.
For those of u who missed it, too bad the Bak Kut Teh was yummy! boohoo!
And the crabs there are so fresh you can still smell the mud it has eaten. muahaha
And the fish is so fresh you could feel the saltiness from the salt water!
It takes forever to upload to flickr... but here goes
#1 This is what you call Natural Clothes Dryer...
#2. For some reason, the residents there love Neon/Vibrant Colours. Who knows, it glows in the dark at night!
#3. Three different paths to three different homes. How cool is that. I have to share the same lorong with my stinking neighbours.
#4. This fisherman was cruising at 780km/h. seriously! damn fast it could take off a plane!
#5. This is "Mustang" in the sampan category. don pray pray
#6. This SWAT army is scouting for enemies, watching out for us..
#7. and he found a RATTAN HORSE. OMG just like the scene you watch in those war movies, where the enemies sent TROJAN HORSE into the fort.
This unidentified ship must have sent it to our base.

Mexican Restaurant - Las Carretas Taipan, Subang Jaya
We decided to go something outta the norm. Mexican Food Here We Come!
Las Carretas gives you a very warm and cosy feeling when you dine there.
I've been staying in USJ for a few years already, but it was my first visit there then.
Two-level restaurant with two different deco. This is the ground floor once you enter the restaurant.
And this is the stairs to bring you to the next level. hoho (Note the amount of decos they have on the wall)
And this is how it looks like upstairs. Make your pick. We chosed to sit upstairs.
To be precise, we sat right under this tree! Aloha!
The only thing that kept me wondering was the fact that they had plenty of USA Labels & Flags when its supposed to be mexican deco-ed. NO?
Any connections? Americans love mexican food?
Or Maybe cuz they carry US-flown beef...
This was served to us right after we sat down. ON DA HOUSE :)
And then we ordered Garlic Bread..

And i dont-know-how-to-spell soup.. but it was great nevertheless

Meet The Storm Warriors Aaron Kwok And Ekin Cheng @ Berjaya Times Square KL. Lighting on stage was kinda harsh :(

Last decade The Storm Riders (Fung Wan 1998) was a big hit, this year the Pang Brothers came up with a sequel to it, the long awaited Storm Warriors.
I wont admit the fact i watched it because of Aaron Kwok as Cloud
And this is Ekin as Wind
They came to Malaysia for the movie promo, and i went there to catch 'em LIVE, as an audience.
No Doubt, The warriors have aged over the yeats, yet still carry the hero aura in them
See what i mean?? So the "Yeng" man!

The event started off with games as usual, played by volunteer audience, while waiting for the warriors to reach. Sadly to say, the games were longer than the appearance of both Aaron Kwok And Ekin Cheng on stage.

We were bored, and planned to go for food hunt in kl, but then we were late. so we en-routed to chocolate factory! yay!
When we reached there, around 8 buses was already there, the place was packed with tourist. So we kinda joined their tour hoho. I'm tourist no 100 !!!
